Be protected with an annual residential HVAC service contract. Get the membership and stop worrying about the maintenance of your unit*! We will take care of everything. Different packages available, choose the one that suits you below.

*(per one furnace and air conditioner up to 5 ton. Please keep in mind that maintenance does not imply free repairs)


  • Two annual seasonal checks.
  • 1 year guarantee on all repairs * (only for replaced parts).
  • 15% discount for repair or any additional service, if such is required.
  • Dedicated technician.
  • One emergency call (appointment will be scheduled during the next 24 hours after the call (for any available technician), excluding national holidays, natural phenomena, and disasters).
  • Fully transferable if you move, so you can take us with you or transfer service to the buyer.
  • Telephone and text consultation during normal working time (8 am – 8 pm, 7 days per week).

Cancellation Policy:

  1. You may cancel the contract any day you like if we have not made a single maintenance visit at the time of contract cancellation.
  2. If at least one maintenance visit has not been completed, we will refund you the full amount you paid.
  3. If at least one maintenance visit has been completed, we will charge it as a one-time maintenance service and it will cost $199.
  4. If the technician performed work under the service contract during the first visit that is not included in the list of one-time maintenance, this work will be charged separately.
